It seems Realtek has moved the content of the page, see this url for the newer version, its version R2.08 at the moment. - Run the downloaded driver.

well done there you.
what is the password for that microsoft zipfile
I believe the password sent along with email message from Microsoft.
when i put that password on that screen it does nothing
It should auto extract the file. Try extract the file manually using 7-Zip or WinRAR. Right click on the zip file > Open With > 7-Zip / WinRAR, and extract manually from there.
it says no files to extract
I believe you need to redownload the zip file. I'm sorry, I can't give you my zip file password because every zip file password is unique, my zip file password won't work on your zip file.
Is there a fix for this in SP3?
