The fifth book brought us into the fifth year of Harry Potter
In the tunnel, he and his cousin Dudley Dursley were chasing by Dementor. It said that Dementor will suck all of our happiness. To escape himself and safe his cousin, Harry Potter cast the spell Patronus to fight back Dementor. It worked. Unfortunately, the rules to not cast spells in front of human make Harry Potter have to attend a court for witches to face the judgement. The judge from Ministry of Magic, did not believe when Harry Potter said that Dementor appear in Private Drive and attack him, also about Valdelmort has back once again.
The intervention of Dumbledore has survive Harry Potter. He tries to convince judge that Harry is just a victim. Another surprise for students at Hogwarts, Senior Undersecretary to the Minister and who presided at Harry's hearing, has been appointed as the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher in Hogwarts. Hermione infers that the Ministry is interfering with Hogwarts and delegate Umbridge to keep an eye of Dumbledore act.
Hermione was right, soon for the first class, nobody can learn any kind of dangerous spell. She claims that student has no reason to interfere to put their life in danger. They just need to study. She is soon appointed as High Inquisitor, arbitrarily imposing strict rules and regulations. She also harbors racial hatred for "half-breeds," such as centaurs, werewolves, and similar creatures. She considers Rubeus Hagrid (a half-giant) and Sybill Trelawney incompetent.
Trelawney is soon sacked, and Hagrid is dismissed later as well. After the action of Umbridge try to get rid of any colony of Dumbledor, students has great ideas about learning by themselves about cast spell from the one who already mastered very well- Harry Potter as their teacher to guide them to protect themselves from the dark spell.
From here we can see that Harry Potter has grown up and more mature, especially there is a little romantic scene between Harry Potter and Cho Chang. The movie maker keep focus on how well the relation between Harry Potter and Valdemort. We can see when Harry has been having disturbing dreams about running down a hallway and attempting to open a door in the Ministry of Magic's Department of Mysteries, also dreams he is a snake attacking Ron's father-Mr. Weasley is indeed found injured at the Ministry, suffering from severe venomous snake bites, which causes Harry to fear that he is being possessed by Voldemort. In response, Dumbledore has Severus Snape teach Harry Occlumency to block his mind from intrusion.
Perhaps the audience would be disappointed with no Quidditch game and not too many action except at the end of the movie, the fantastic fight between Valdermort and Dumbledor. But that is how the book tells the story. Unfortunately, what we could imagine from the book that the house of Sirius is big, dark , and the crucial meeting of the Order of Phoenix doesn’t get too much focus on this movie. However, the movie running smoothly as the same like in the book, people should watch it.
